Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a proactive professional to drive portfolio cross-sell initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and ensure regulatory compliance across sales channels. The role involves training, inter-department collaboration, and enhancing information flow through the bank’s intranet system.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in banking or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills and knowledge in Power Point/Excel would be an added advantage
• Preferable 2-5 years’ experience in Banking / Financial Institution
• Fresh graduates with high development potential may be considered; with banking experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage and identify Portfolio sales cross-sell opportunities in the bank.
• Communicate campaigns, operational or regulatory updates to all sales channels during monthly engagements and coaching sessions.
• Ensure business targets are achieved.
• Oversee maintenance of information on HLB’s intranet e-knowledge portal to improve communication and flow of information to sales channels.
• Ensure internal and regulatory compliance in sales management for all internal and external dealings
• Update and communicate portfolio sales collaterals/documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements
• Assist on special tasks related to portfolio sales campaigns or system/process improvements
• Conduct briefing and training for Ops channel alongside Sales
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sales strategies to meet business goals
• Assist in increasing participation of sales via InBranch Tablets across enabled users
• Propose productivity improvements and build tracking mechanisms
• Create tactical challenges to encourage selling more than one product
