You will partner with Technical, Operations and Sales Support teams to deliver first-class service, forecast demand, and report on sales performance, gross margin and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for sales and profit growth with existing and new customers.
• Co-develop annual oleochemicals budget with Sales Manager to maximize long-term profitability.
• Monitor market conditions, competitive activities, and general economic trends to inform planning.
• Establish and manage key relationships with customers in assigned markets.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Forecast sales and analyze market data to improve strategies.
• Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Technical, Operations and Sales Support to ensure top-notch service.
• Attend meetings, sales events and training to stay updated on industry advances.
• Report sales performance (volume, turnover and gross margin) and market activity to management.
