Job summary

A leading home improvement retailer in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a support role focusing on warehouse and inventory systems. The successful candidate will provide first line support, improve system stability, and assist in project implementation. This role requires at least a diploma in Information Technology and experience in inventory applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in SQL and able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin. The company values problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Warehouse and Inventory application with support and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in system support of Business Application.
• Required languages: English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Systematic and positive problem-solving approach; strong planning and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work on both technical and functional areas of implementation.
• Experience in SQL, stored procedures, views and job scheduler is advantageous.

• Overseeing the daily performance of communications and system
• Monitor and respond support request via phone, email and ticketing system
