Job summary

Assist the Operations Manager to oversee and monitor the overall daily operations of the Mak Kimbong branch at the new location. Ensure staff management, customer service quality, customer complaints handling, hygiene control, safety, and achievement of daily sales targets in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily branch operations from opening to closing
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards across all branch areas (dining area, kitchen, counter, and surrounding areas)
• Ensure operations run according to official Mak Kimbong guidelines and SOPs
• Manage and arrange staff work schedules regularly and efficiently
• Design and conduct customer service training for all branch staff on an ongoing basis
• Monitor and conduct service quality control to ensure friendly, fast, and professional service is provided to customers
• Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally, promptly, and courteously at the operational site
• Identify root causes of complaints and take corrective action to prevent recurring issues
• Monitor daily compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor achievement of daily sales targets and align operational strategies with staff to achieve targets

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field
