Talent Recruit is seeking a Service/Branch Manager for a well-known Pastry Cafe in Johor Bahru. You will lead daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality, and drive profitability while upholding licensing and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor’s in business or management, has at least 5 years as assistant or restaurant manager, and demonstrates strong leadership, budgeting and data-driven decision making. Weekend work and rotating shifts are required.

• Minimum a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as assistant manager or restaurant manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience running a 60-seat restaurant.

• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
