Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in overseeing daily branch operations from opening to closing.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards across all areas.
• Ensure operations follow Mak Kimbong guidelines and SOPs.
• Manage and arrange staff work schedules regularly.
• Design and conduct customer service training for branch staff.
• Monitor service quality to ensure friendly, fast, professional service.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally on-site.
• Identify root causes of complaints and take corrective action.
• Monitor daily hygiene and safety compliance.
• Monitor achievement of daily sales targets and align strategies with staff.
