Job summary

CACEIS in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager, Group Business Engineering to support due diligence workflows for European clients. You will deliver high-quality responses, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and drive process improvements across business lines.

The role requires 6-10 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in related roles (Due diligence/Business Engineering)
• Strong communication and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Engineering team on incoming due diligences from RM/ Coverage/ Client
• Provide high quality responses to questionnaires and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with contributors from other business lines
• Lead analysis and documentation of business processes, identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Promote standardisation of methodology, documentation and tools within the team
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
