Job summary

CACEIS-Gruppe is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Engineering M/F to support due diligence workflows for relationships managers and clients across Europe region, with working hours 8:00AM – 5:00PM. The role emphasizes documentation, cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

You will respond to diligences, coordinate with teams, mentor juniors, and drive efficiency while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in due diligence or transversal functions (Product/Process/Marketing).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and related operations.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and processes.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Engineering on incoming due diligences from Relationship Managers/ Coverage/ Client.
• Provide high quality responses to due diligences questionnaires and ensure timely delivery to client satisfaction.
• Communicate efficiently with contributors from other business lines.
• Lead analysis and documentation of business processes to identify efficiency gains.
• Promote standardisation and best practices within the team and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Provide cross-functional support for RFPs/RFIs.
• Mentor/junior team members and share methods and tools.
