Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Land Surveyor in Malaysia to coordinate survey activities at project sites. You will prepare topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys and collect field data for design and construction.

You will also interpret data to produce precise reports and maps and provide layout and staking services for construction projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency with surveying

Job description

To coordinate and handle all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites, effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to provide accurate data for design and construction
• Collect and process field data, including angles, distances, elevations, and boundaries
• Analyze and interpret survey data to create precise and comprehensive survey reports and maps
• Provide layout and staking services for construction projects, ensuring that structures and infrastructure are built in the right locations
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide essential survey information and address project needs

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, or a related field is required
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Proficiency in the use of surveying instruments and software
