Job summary

BBSB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Land Surveyor to coordinate and perform surveys at project sites in Raub, Pahang. You will prepare topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to provide accurate data for design and construction.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, 2+ years of field experience, and proficiency with theodolites, total stations, GPS and surveying software. Collaboration with engineers and timely data delivery are essential.

Job description

To coordinate and handle all scope of works pertaining to survey at the project sites, effectively and efficiently.

Prepare detailed topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to provide accurate data for design and construction.

Collect and process field data, including angles, distances, elevations, and boundaries.

Analyze and interpret survey data to create precise and comprehensive survey reports and maps.

Provide layout and staking services for construction projects, ensuring that structures and infrastructure are built in the right locations.

Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide essential survey information and address project needs.

Analyze surface data to estimate initial cut-and-fill volumes for site prep and grading.

Locate existing underground utilities, easements and right-of-ways to prevent utility strikes or design clashes.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in land surveying, preferably within the construction industry

Proficiency in operating standard surveying equipment such as theodolites, total stations, GPS systems and levels

Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, methods and industry best practices

Competency in surveying software and Microsoft Office.

Location Requirement:

This position is based in Raub, Pahang.

Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.
