You will coordinate ordering, supervise staff, and drive training while engaging with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers. We value a proactive, mature, and energetic leader who is ready to work weekends and public holidays, and uphold company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong food cost awareness and cost-saving mindset.
• Proven leadership experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Experience with daily ordering and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and SOP/SOC procedures.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily ordering of food and supplies like a pro
• Run a tight ship in the kitchen – clean, hygienic, always SOP/SOC ready
• Stay in the know on promos and new menu items – be the go-to person
• Make sure supplies, equipment and work areas are all safety compliant, no shortcuts
• Cut down food wastage by nailing those measurements – waste not, want not
• Keep leveling up your skills through training and help train up the junior kitchen crew too
• Stick to company policies and procedures – we're all about doing things right
