Qualifications

• Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and related compliance.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-site staff.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for eight retail outlets across Shah Alam region.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for store roles (cashiers, promoters, store assistants, supervisors).
• Support payroll, attendance, OT, and public holiday processing.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Drive retention and engagement initiatives with store managers.
• Conduct regular branch visits to address employee concerns and maintain positive atmosphere.
