Job summary

Perfex Heat Transfer in Kulai, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to lead finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, and strengthen internal controls. You will drive financial planning, cash flow, and compliance while partnering with management and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in accounting/finance, a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MIA or equivalent), and hands-on ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MIA) is advantageous.
• 8–10+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting and finance operations with strong internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, monthly closings, and financial reporting.
• Review/approve invoices, journals, payments, and purchase orders.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts for decision making.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax agents, and regulators.
• Drive improvements in processes and internal controls.
• Support payroll-related processes and statutory submissions.
