Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager / Senior Executive to oversee financial operations, reporting and compliance. You will manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes, prepare group reporting packages and ensure accuracy of ERP transactions.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in audit/manufacturing), and membership with MIA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Membership with MIA or other professional accounting bodies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly, quarterly and annual accounts timely and accurately.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports for review.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare group reporting packages and comply with reporting deadlines.
• Handle GST/SST and tax compliance and related filings.
• Monitor P&L performance including overseas offices where applicable.
• Support intercompany transactions and related party reconciliations.
