Job summary

The role involves painting interiors, upkeep, inspecting ceilings, locks, and installations, coordinating contractors, cleaning sump pits, repairing plumbing, and daily progress reporting. Responsibilities

• Carry out internal painting works for the company’s premises.
• Maintain premises, inspect ceiling boards, door locks, door closers, and replace parts as directed.
• Coordinate and supervise service contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and installation methods.
• Clean residues in sump pit per schedule.
• Repair plumbing and sanitary piping as directed.
• Update supervisor on pending and incomplete work daily.
• Carry out maintenance and upkeep of the premises.

• Carry out internal painting works for the company’s premises.
• Up-keep and proper maintenance of the company’s premises; constantly check on the conditions of the ceiling board, door lockset, door closer, etc.; to repair or change the parts as and when required or instructed by superior.
• Coordinate and supervise the service contractors who are carrying out specific works; ensure that they adhere strictly to the specifications and methods of installation.
• Clean and clear the residues left on the sump pit as per the work schedule.
• Repair of plumbing and sanitary piping as and when instructed by superior.
• Update and brief superior on pending and incomplete work at the end of the day before leaving the office.
• Carry out maintenance work and up-keep of the company’s premises.
