Job summary

Pentamaster is seeking a Diploma or degree holder in engineering with at least 2 years in a quality environment to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will perform SPC, root cause analysis, and participate in internal audits while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, defect reduction, and adherence to customer specifications through robust quality plans and test activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder in engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality environment.
• Experience with ISO backgrounds, quality controls implementation and continual improvement.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Ability to drive improvement projects and use data to identify root causes.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and root cause findings.
• Willingness to learn and strong team spirit.
• Proficiency in statistical process control tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Support product realization in terms of production line, verification and buyoff.
• Participate in 6S and internal audits per ISO 9001/13485 requirements.
• Maintain quality records and statistics for each customer account.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ensure compliance of product specification and standards.

Ensure inspection activities and product quality plan effectively executed.

Respond on time for all Customer complaint.

To drive continuous improvement for outgoing product quality.

Ensure that processes and products are verified for conformance to customer requirements and Acceptance Test Plan from IPQC, final check until packing.

Follow up safety test on machine to ensure compliance to IEC or ISO safety standard.

Liaise with Project Management team, designer, production and sub-contractors for quality improvements.

Executing reliability testing activities, for example Burn In test, MTBA, Fault Injection test, Safety test like Temperature Test, Drop Test, Humidity test, Thermal shock and Life test where applicable.

Provide support for existing / new Product Realization in term of Production Line & Product Verification & Buyoff and specification/design review, if applicable.

Work towards achieving the targets as outlined in the current fiscal year business strategy.

Validating the implementation of corrective and preventive measures related to customer complaint and follow up 8D report with verify effectiveness.

Compiling product inspection data, LAR and GRR data where applicable.

Maintaining quality record and statistical performance for individual customer account.

Monthly scheduled discussion and presentation, if applicable.

He / She shall demonstrate positive attitudes and positive actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, sensitivity and professionalism.

Capable to protect the confidentiality of information with areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbal and/or writing.

Closely follow up with project team for every project buyoff status.

Actively participating in 6S implementation within department

Perform Internal audit for product and process follow ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 requirement and internal procedures.

Candidates preferable with manufacturing background.
