Job summary

DKSH is seeking a warehouse outbound operator to manage order processing activities in our Klang distribution center. You will support the supervisor, ensure SOP-compliant EDP workflows, and handle critical documents and pick waves to maintain steady stock flow.

The role requires a minimum SPM or Diploma, hands-on Reach Truck experience, and the ability to work under minimal supervision at Sg Jati, Klang. Join us to contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
• Experience operating a Reach Truck.
• To be self-reliant and carry out duties under minimal supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sg Jati, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall order processing outbound coverage in Distribution Center.
• Assist supervisor in ensuring EDP processes follow SOPs for KPI deadlines.
• Check and process documents (TRAs, TOs, SIAs, SRA, Arrivals) accurately according to SOPs.
• Ensure pick waves are processed, checked and distributed promptly.
• Record and distribute urgent orders to respective zones; daily reconciliation for accountability.
• Input arrivals and release for sales to ensure continuous goods picking.
• Maintain filing of processed documents for future reference.
• Support system housekeeping and integrity; report incidences affecting warehouse operations.
• Report irregularities to supervisor/management; ensure safety, health and environment standards.
• Execute duties promptly as instructed; perform general housekeeping to 7S standards.

About The Role

To manage overall order processing Outbound covering Outbound capacity in Distribution Center.

What You Will Deliver

• To assist the supervisor and executive in-charge in ensuring the related EDP processes is in accordance to the existing SOPs for effective performance and meeting KPI datelines.
• To check and process all documents pertaining to EDP functions (TRAs, TOs, SIAs, SRA, Arrivals) and related documents are processed accurately in accordance to stipulated SOPs.
• To ensure all pick waves received are processed, checked and distributed promptly.
• To ensure the urgent orders are promptly recorded and distributed to the respective zones. A daily reconciliation should be carried out to ensure all copies are accountable for.
• To input all arrivals and release for sales promptly to ensure continues supply of goods for picking.
• To ensure proper and systematic filing of all processed documents for future reference.
• To assist the supervisor and executive in charge in maintaining up to date system housekeeping and integrity.
• To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in charge if there are any incidences indiscipline of the staff and other matters that affect the optimal performance of the warehouse operations.
• To report promptly to the supervisor and executive in-charge and/or the management of any irregularities that are not in accordance to the SOPs procedures. Thus hampering smooth operations, safety, health and environment of the warehouse.
• To execute promptly any duties or task instructed by the supervisor and executive in charge until its completion.
• To perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of the work station and warehouse in neat, clean, standardize and tidy condition in accordance to 7S.
