Job summary

EC Excel Holdings Berhad is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager / Assistant Indoor Sales Manager in Malaysia. The role collaborates with customer service, finance, and logistics to resolve escalations, backorders, or order-fulfillment issues.

You will handle daily filing and data entry, including invoices and sales orders, while maintaining organized records. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in business-related fields and possess 2–4 years of inside sales or sales
