• Good attention to detail when handling sales transactions and customer data is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to outlets, ensuring processes are followed.
• Handle outlet inquiries related to sales, billing, invoicing, refunds, payments, promotions, and customer balances.
• Review outlet records to identify discrepancies and escalate as needed for approval.
• Support rollout of sales campaigns, pricing programs and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, CRM and HR to resolve outlet issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain records of requests, actions, and resolutions, flagting recurring problems.
