Job summary

Linde Material Handling (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Lead to drive Flexible Automation strategy and growth across Asia. You will monitor KPIs, develop markets, nurture partnerships and manage regional projects from design to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in automation and a strong grasp of AGV/AMR, with extensive cross-country collaboration and travel across Asia. You will work with sales, engineering and product teams to ensure viable, profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Business, Logistics or related discipline.
• 5+ years in automation, intralogistics, robotics, warehouse automation, or related industrial technology sectors.
• Proven experience managing complex automation projects from order through commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Experience in regional project management, operations or business leadership.
• Strong understanding of AGV/AMR, warehouse automation and related software/integration solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee key automation projects across the region.
• Drive consistent project management, commissioning and after-sales processes.
• Support the development of regional project and service capabilities.
• Monitor project performance, risks and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the senior escalation point for major projects and customers.
• Identify follow-on business opportunities.
• Coordinate between regional entities and global automation teams.
• Share best practices across countries and projects.
• Work closely with customers, sales, engineering, factories and partners.
• Represent the region in global automation initiatives.
• Provide regional input for product and solution improvements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Business, Logistics or a related discipline.

5+ years of experience in automation, intralogistics, robotics, warehouse automation, material handling or related industrial technology sectors.

Proven experience managing complex automation or industrial projects from order through commissioning and customer acceptance.

Experience in regional project management, operations or business leadership.

Strong understanding of AGV/AMR, warehouse automation and related software/integration solutions.

Strong commercial understanding of project costing, profitability, scope and risk management.

Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Comfortable working in a regional, multicultural environment with extensive travel across Asia.
