Job summary

IPM Professional Services Sdn Bhd, based in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Architect to support architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination across diverse consultancy projects.

You will prepare drawings for KM, landscape, and architecture, create layout proposals and 3D renderings, and participate in meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities. Proactive teamwork and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and 3D rendering software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess driving license and able to drive.
• Be adaptable and work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, diligent and a team player.
• Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities.
• Able to work outstation, under pressure, and deliver on time.
• Attendance and punctuality are important.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to join our team at IPM Professional Services Sdn Bhd, a leading multi-disciplinary design consultancy firm in Puchong, Selangor. You will play a key role in supporting architectural design, technical documentation and project coordination across a variety of consultancy projects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare drawings related to KM, landscape, and architecture.
• Prepare layout proposal drawing and 3D rendering
• Prepare technical reports, calculation, specifications, and bill of quantities
• Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection
• Liaise with government agency for submission approval
• Liaise with clients and contractors for project execution
• Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
• Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/ Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, 3D Rendering software (e.g. Revit, Google SketchUp, etc.)
• Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess driving license and able to drive
• Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
