Job summary

Tan'ck Architect in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Architect to join a talented team and help plan and design innovative architectural solutions that bring clients' visions to life.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, a relevant architecture degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe software. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver detailed drawings and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Part 1/Part 2 or Master with high-rise design experience.
1-3 years of experience in architectural or design-related roles.
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

Assist in development of architectural designs and construction drawings.
Collaborate with design team to translate ideas into detailed plans.
Conduct research, site analysis, feasibility studies to support the design process.
Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client communications.

Tan'ck Architect is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Architect to join our talented team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design of innovative architectural solutions that bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the development of architectural designs and construction drawings
Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans
Conduct research, site analysis, and feasibility studies to support the design process
Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client communications
Coordinate with engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (PART 1), Part 2 or Master Degree graduate with high-rise design experience also can apply.
1-3 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role
Good Presentation Skill and able to produce impressive Architectural Design Presentation
Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis;
Required skills: AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion are compulsory. Adobe PS/Indesign, MS Powerpoint etc;
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for creating innovative and functional architectural solutions
A Team Player, Good Articulation and Writing Skills;
