Job summary

AR TECH DESIGN STUDIO in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia invites an Assistant Architect to join a full-time role. You will contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects shaping the built environment.

You will prepare detailed drawings and 3D models, work closely with the team and clients, and stay current with regulations and sustainable design practices to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe.
• Solid understanding of architectural design, construction methods and codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for sustainable design and innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze site conditions to inform design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Stay updated on current architectural trends, technologies and regulations.
• Provide support in project management tasks including scheduling, cost estimation and procurement.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using CAD software

What we're looking for

• Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field ( town planning, interior design, landscape )
• Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe software
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes
