TS LAW Group seeks an Architectural Executive in Malaysia to lead design, feasibility studies, space planning and product development across projects from concept through completion.
You will translate business objectives into market-ready property products, review consultant proposals, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining design quality.

An Architectural Executive role within the Design & Planning team of TSLAWLAND, responsible for architectural design, feasibility studies, space planning and product development from concept to project completion.
Assist in architectural design, feasibility studies, space planning and product development from concept to project completion.
Assist in translating the Group's business objectives, brand direction and market requirements into practical and commercially viable property products.
Assist in reviewing consultants' design and technical proposals, participate actively in regular brainstorming sessions, and assist in developing well-considered recommendations for management's review and decision-making.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape consultants, contractors and internal departments.
Attend and actively participate in client and consultant meetings, technical coordination meetings, site inspections and other key project meetings.
Monitor design development, statutory submissions, tender documentation, construction progress and project timelines.
Review consultants' drawings to ensure design coordination, compliance, buildability and cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular project updates and highlight delays, risks and decisions requiring management attention.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience; experience with a property developer or architectural consultancy is preferred.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of development and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines without compromising design quality and accuracy.
Good understanding of Malaysian planning requirements, building regulations, statutory submissions and construction practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; knowledge of rendering software is an advantage.
Familiar with AI-assisted design, visualization, material exploration, documentation and productivity tools, with the ability to incorporate them into daily operations.
Good communication, presentation, coordination and report writing skill.
Willing to travel to project sites, suppliers' premises and material showrooms when required.
