PRO-MULTI AUTO PARTS (M) SDN BHD in Sungai Petani, Kedah seeks an Assistant Accounts Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations and report directly to Management. This role offers growth into a broader Accounts Manager position.

You will oversee a small accounts team, handle AP/AR and bank reconciliations, and contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting and tax regulations
• Familiar with full e-Invoice process (validation to submission, archiving, regulatory compliance)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software (AutoCount) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small Accounts team and day-to-day accounting operations
• Support Management with financial analysis, insights and recommendations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial and management reports
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and manage cash flow and financial controls
• Manage payroll calculations and monthly statutory submissions and payments
• Handle BA processing and related banking documentation
