Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding debts.
• Process supplier payments and reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist in inventory and spare parts stock reconciliation.
• Handle petty cash claims and staff reimbursements.
• Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
