Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of Projects according to contracts agreement .

Oversee administration, finance, procurement, IT, safety, and quality functions, while maintaining strong leadership to manage company’s business with highest integrity & deliverables to meet customer satisfaction.

Verify technical documents, inspections, work orders, and asset registers, ensuring all maintenance works are completed as scheduled.

Guide staffs in safe operations, and enforce health, safety, and environmental best practices.

Write a clear report, note, memo and delivering the project according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, contractor/vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, with good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, and willing to travel.
• Clear technical writing and documentation skills.
