Job summary

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is seeking a Deputy Manager for Project Management & Development to oversee asset governance and project activities across the Group. The role will focus on optimizing KPJ’s land and properties while enhancing project execution and decision-making.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience in asset management or project development. The position emphasizes collaboration across various stakeholders and driving continuous improvements in asset management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in project management, asset management, or facilities development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of medium to large‑scale projects.
• Good working knowledge of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover stages.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive asset registry covering all KPJ‑owned land, properties, and facilities.
• Support and coordinate feasibility studies and planning for new developments.
• Oversight of project execution to ensure delivery within approved scope, budget, and timeline.
• Liaise with Group Operations and other departments on asset and development matters.
• Propose improvements to asset management systems and practices.
