Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an Operational Leadership professional to drive the Director’s Office and related programme delivery in Malaysia. The role focuses on translating priorities into actionable plans, governance, and cross-functional coordination across KPJ’s ecosystem.

You will oversee dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring timely completion of milestones and alignment with institutional strategies.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in management, education, research, assessment, business development or related discipline.
• Experience in programme or project management and governance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, monitor progress and report to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into integrated operational plans, workstreams and milestones for Director’s review.
• Lead governance meetings, agendas, minutes and decision logs for the Director’s Office.
• Monitor implementation of decisions, escalate delays and risks to the Director.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership and reporting arrangements.
• Develop and maintain an integrated programme calendar, delivery plan and monitoring framework.
• Prepare management reports and briefing materials for institutional management.
