Job summary

Eprotek Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent assembler to contribute to the production line. You will assemble components and subassemblies as directed, using manual tools and fixtures, and perform self-checks to ensure correct fit and alignment before moving parts to the next stage.

The role requires following production schedules, reporting delays to supervisors, and maintaining a clean workstation while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of assembly processes and mechanical parts.
• Able to follow visual or written instructions accurately.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies as per work instructions, BOMs, or visual aids.
• Use manual tools, fixtures or semi-automated devices to complete tasks.
• Conduct self-checks on part fit, alignment and completeness before passing to the next stage.
• Follow production schedules and report output or delays to supervisor.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
• Maintain awareness of the company's Quality and Environmental Policy, applicable procedures and objectives relevant to assigned tasks.
