Castrol is seeking a Transformation & Business Development Manager to lead and coordinate ASPAC transformation initiatives, focusing on growth enablement and strategic partnerships. You will drive project delivery through cross-functional teams, manage change, and align operating models with Castrol’s strategic priorities across multiple markets.
Your role requires hands-on project management, business analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement to enable revenue expansion through new offerings
This is a Castrol requisition, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence ahead of the Castrol divestment later in 2026. Upon completion of the divestment, you will be employed by Castrol and will no longer be a bp employee.
The role works closely with the PU Business Development & Transformation Lead and ASPAC leadership to support new product/service propositions, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Business Support Group
This role supports the delivery of Castrol ASPAC transformation agenda, with a strong emphasis on business growth enablement. The role works closely with the PU Business Development & Transformation Lead and ASPAC leadership to implement transformation initiatives, support operating model evolution, and enable revenue expansion through new product/service propositions, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives.
The Transformation & Business Development Manager provides hands‑on project management, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Castrol’s strategic priorities.
