Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Regional Manager, PTP Content & Control – Asia. You will lead a diverse team across vendor master data, process control, and T&E, driving performance and digital transformation within a global shared services context.

You will partner with regional stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains. You will shape the annual PTP roadmap, ensure compliance with internal controls, and push for standardization across S2C and S2P processes while maintaining high

Qualifications

10+ years of procurement, finance, or GBS experience.
Proven team leadership and people management in multicultural environments.
Mentor and develop a team of ~20 employees including three team leads.
Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes (Vendor Master Data, content management, process control, T&E).
Experience with SAP, Coupa, or PtP platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, lead, and deliver the annual PTP Roadmap (Content & Control scope).
Foster continuous improvement and digital-first mindset across the region.
Oversee Content & VMD, Process Control, Vendor Query Management, and T&E operations.
Monitor KPIs/OPIs and implement corrective actions for service excellence.
Collaborate with S2C, Local Procurement, and cross-functional teams to streamline S2P processes.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and cost savings.
