FrieslandCampina Service Centre Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a PTP Process Control and Query Specialist (Urdu speaker) to coordinate daily Procure-to-Pay activities, manage queries, and ensure KPI targets are met. You will act as first contact for vendors and employees, perform invoice-related tasks, monitor subledgers, and support month-end close in a fast-paced GBS environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills, with experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and improvement-focused, with the ability to drive change and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced GBS environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily Procure-to-Pay (PtP) activities, including process controls and query management, ensuring KPIs, productivity, and continuous improvement targets are met.
• Act as the first point of contact for vendors, employees, and business partners; resolve queries or elevate as needed, and track open items to closure.
• Execute invoice-related activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Monitor PtP subledgers and general ledger to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Support month-end closing, internal control execution, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, governance processes, and stakeholder management.
