You will own diagnostics, commercial planning, and GTM execution for key business levers like Marketplace Affordability (VFD) or Commercial Excellence.

Competenze

• Experience: 5–8+ years in GTM Strategy, PMO, Management Consulting, or Commercial Operations within a high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
• Commercial & Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of unit economics, margin management, and data-driven benchmarking (SQL/dashboarding experience preferred).
• Matrix Leadership: Influencing without authority across central, regional, and local stakeholders.
• Mindset: Structured, ambiguity-tolerant, proactive, hands-on with strong communication skills.

• Translate diagnostics into structured business requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Own the end-to-end GTM rollout strategy for new commercial features and product capabilities.
