Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Regional FP&A Manager for Asia to partner with regional leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives. The role drives performance visibility, scenario analysis, and cross-country collaboration to support growth across Asia.

The successful candidate will provide actionable insights, manage forecasting, and lead initiatives to optimize working capital and profitability in a multi-country setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in FP&A, commercial or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations in Asia.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, EMS, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in a matrixed multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders, operations, and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and investments.
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting and analytics for Asia region.
• Drive automation and BI initiatives to improve financial visibility.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and controls.
• Support multi-country Asia operations with cross-functional collaboration.
