Job summary

Celestica Malaysia is seeking a sharp FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Kulim plant. You will partner with plant leadership to drive performance, model financials, and enable strategic decision making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in FP&A or operational finance, cost accounting, and SAP experience. Excellent communication and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years FP&A or operational finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Malaysia plant.
• Deliver data‑driven insights on performance, variances, and cost trends.
• Build robust financial models to support decisions and growth initiatives.
• Partner with plant leadership, operations, supply chain, and procurement.
• Oversee capital investment analysis, capacity planning, and make‑versus‑buy.
