Job summary

Celestica, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Regional FP&A and Business Partnership Manager to drive regional financial planning, analysis and performance. You will partner with plant finance teams and cross-functional leaders to deliver insights, forecasts and reports that support strategic decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years in FP&A or finance partnership, manufacturing and MNC experience, and strong English communication. Advanced ERP and BI tools proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in FP&A or finance business partnership with regional/global scope.
• Manufacturing experience and MNC environment preferred.
• Strong English communication and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A cycle including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.
• Act as strategic partner to regional stakeholders with insightful financial analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights from financial data, market trends and KPIs.
• Oversee regional financial reports, dashboards and senior-management reporting.
• Develop dynamic forecasts and scenario analysis with cross-functional input.
• Drive process improvements and automation of reporting and analysis.
• Lead or support strategic projects with financial modeling and recommendations.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to align financial strategy with business needs.
