Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in FP&A, commercial or corporate finance.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations in Asia.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, EMS, semiconductor, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in a matrixed multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders, operations, and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and investments.
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting and analytics for Asia region.
• Drive automation and BI initiatives to improve financial visibility.

Position Summary

The Regional FP&A Manager, Asia will serve as a key business partner to regional leadership,

supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, business analysis,

and driving special projects. This role is responsible for driving financial visibility across the

Asia region, ensuring alignment between operational performance and financial objectives.

The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to senior management, and support

business growth initiatives through robust financial analysis. The role requires strong

commercial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple

countries and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering & Projects

• Partner with regional business leaders, operations, supply chain, commercial, and functional
• teams.
• Drive strategic initiatives, capital investments, customer programs, and business expansion
• Evaluate financial implications of pricing decisions, contract negotiations, and customer
• investments.
• Drive fact-based decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

Regional Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial reporting packages.
• Generate insights on revenue trends, margin performance, working capital, capex spending and
• cost optimization opportunities.
• Standardize reporting processes across Asia to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analysis requested by senior management and corporate finance.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Drive automation and business intelligence initiatives to improve financial visibility.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and controls.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on reporting requirements and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, or
• business finance.
• Experience supporting multi-country operations within Asia.
• Manufacturing, technology, electronics, EMS, semiconductor, or industrial sector experience
• preferred.
• Experience working within a matrixed multinational organization.

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational metrics.
