Celestica Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Regional FP&A and Business Partnership Manager to join our finance team.

This role focuses on partnering with plant finance teams to drive financial performance and operational excellence across the region. You will deliver dynamic forecasts, financial reporting, and actionable insights, collaborating with legal, procurement, supply chain, operations, and other functions to align financial strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or professional finance qualification is a plus.
• 5-7 years of FP&A or finance business partnership experience in regional or global context.
• Manufacturing experience and work in an MNC environment preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present to senior management.

Responsabilités

• Act as a strategic business partner to regional stakeholders, providing insightful financial analysis to guide decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights based on financial data, market trends and performance metrics.
• Oversee regional financial reporting, dashboards and KPIs for senior management.
• Develop dynamic forecasts with multiple scenarios to guide business planning.
• Continuously improve financial processes and automate reporting and analysis.
• Lead or support strategic initiatives across the region with financial modeling.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to align financial strategy with business needs.
