Job summary

Celestica Asia Controls Lead oversees Financial Accounting policies, internal controls, risk management, and compliance across Asia sites with site controllers, tax teams, and Corp. This role ensures timely filings, audit readiness, and strong control environments.

It requires SAP expertise, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, and leadership to drive process improvements, treasury activities, and cross-site training for Accounting & Tax teams in Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Financial disciplines.
• 8–10 years of accounting, tax, and finance experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role with business partnering.
• Expertise in SAP and IFRS/US GAAP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Asia closing calendar and balance sheet risk reviews.
• Manage R2R, AP, AR across Asia with KPI metrics.
• Drive SOX controls, tax, treasury, and statutory compliance.
• Own IT finance systems (SAP, Khalix, Power BI) and fixes.
• Lead training and mentoring for Asia finance teams.
