Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Regional FP&A and Business Partnership Manager to lead financial planning and strategic partnering across Asia, including Johor manufacturing operations. You will drive budgets, forecasts, performance reporting, dashboards, and scenario analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 5–7 years in FP&A or finance business partnership, regional/global scope.
• Manufacturing/MNC experience preferred and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A planning cycles including budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.
• Partner with regional operations, procurement and customer teams to guide decisions.
• Deliver insights from financial data, trends and KPIs to drive profitability.
• Oversee regional reporting, dashboards and KPI presentations to senior leaders.
• Develop dynamic forecasts and scenario analyses to inform strategy.
• Drive process improvements and automation of reporting.
