Job summary

RELDYN is seeking a Business Development Manager — Sales & Lead Generation in Malaysia with 5–8 years of software/IT services sales experience and a proven hunting track record. You will own a pipeline across ASEAN, qualifying and closing deals with cross-functional teams, marketing support, and partner ecosystems.

The role emphasizes self-sourced leads, CRM discipline and quarterly targets within a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

Malaysian citizen with bachelor’s degree in a related field.
4–6 years in business development or enterprise sales in software/tech.
Proven hunting experience and ability to build pipeline via outbound prospecting.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota on complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Build and refresh target lists from an Ideal Customer Profile and prospect weekly via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and referrals.
Research accounts before outreach to ensure relevant first touches and map the buying unit.
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and quickly follow up on inbound leads.
Generate leads at events, via partners and by leveraging existing clients for referrals.
Maintain a clean, segmented, well-scored lead database and focus effort on high-value opportunities.
