Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced after-sales service leader to establish and run the service system across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore.

You will oversee installation, repair, maintenance, dispatch, spare-parts warehousing and CRM, while coordinating with China HQ to ensure fast, reliable service and sustained customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or HVAC.
• Minimum 2 years in after-sales service, engineering services, or operations and maintenance management.
• At least 3 years of team management experience; 15+ team size or cross-border management preferred.
• Experience building a service system from scratch preferred.
• Solid understanding of after-sales service process design and operations management.
• Experience in spare parts inventory management.
• Experience in service dispatch and resource allocation.
• Hands-on repair skills not required; basic technical acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate the local after-sales service system across 6 Southeast Asian markets.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of the local after-sales team.
• Allocate resources and assign service tasks; monitor response times and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, establish, and operate spare parts warehouses; manage inventory with HQ coordination.
• Report regional data and coordinate cross-regional technical support, parts, and logistics.
• Establish customer profiles and service records; handle escalated complaints.
