Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an AS400 Security Engineer to join the Infrastructure Security Engineering team. You will design, implement, and support security solutions for AS400 and Mainframe platforms, ensuring standards and regulatory alignment.

You should have 5+ years in AS400 security, strong analytical skills, and experience leading security programs. The role involves documentation, automation, audit readiness, and collaboration with IT and risk teams in a bank

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AS400 security administration or AS400 security program leadership.
• Experience with Mainframe security and related tools.
• Familiarity with MAS TRM and PCI DSS regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance infrastructure security capabilities for AS400 and Mainframe platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations of security products, manage security-related change requests.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, baselines, and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align security with GIS-managed solutions.
• Provide production support, monitor control efficacy, and conduct PoCs for new security initiatives.
• Contribute to security policy development and regulatory alignment.
• Respond to audit and regulatory requests with timely information.
