Job summary

Responsibilities include incident escalation, patch management, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership. The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in IT with 3+ in management, and IBM AS/400 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, at least 3 in management with regional scope.
• Hands-on experience with position-related technical components.
• Equivalent combination of qualifications and experience allowed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT service availability and minimise business impact of outages.
• Improve user satisfaction by aligning IT services with business needs.
• Oversee AS/400 OS support strategy and operations.
• Manage AS/400 security, stability, and performance.
• Develop patch/update management policies for AS/400.
• Monitor performance and report to senior leadership.
• Manage budget and resources; coordinate with vendors.
• Act as escalation point for complex AS/400 issues.
