Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings is seeking a Guest Experience Worker in Malaysia to greet customers, explain product information, and deliver excellent service at busy retail locations including Lalaport, Starhill, and Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

You will handle cash and card payments, maintain clean spaces, restock supplies, and ensure health and safety standards while working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience in food & beverage or customer service is preferred, wine experience a plus.
• Willingness to be trained and to learn about F&B.
• Energetic, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain product information while maintaining high service levels.
• Process cash and card payments at registers and digital systems.
• Keep work and customer areas clean and organized.
• Restock supplies and alert management when inventory is low.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Address customer questions and refer to managers when needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork with colleagues and superiors.
• Work shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Job description

• Responsible to greet customers, explain product information and assist customers while ensuring great customer service level at all times
• Process cash and credit card payments via the cash registers and digital systems
• Ensuring all areas are clean and organized at all times
• To restock work and customer areas with the needed supplies and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Respond to customer complaints and queries, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to the managers as needed
• Maintaining good customer service skills and good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Demonstrate great team work with superiors and peers
• Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in food & beverage preparation or customer service is preferred
• Experience in wine is an added advantage
• Willingness to be trained and to continue learning about food & beverage preparation
• Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn
• Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products
• Able to work under minimum supervision
