Job summary

Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd (恭和堂) invites energetic service staff to join our growing team at our Malaysia outlets. You will greet customers, take orders for herbal drinks and products, handle payments, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role requires neat appearance, good communication, ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays, and teamwork. We offer medical, insurance, allowances, and regular activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Neat appearance, friendly, and good communication skills.
• Able to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers warmly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately take customer orders and ensure preparation and serving of drinks/herbal products according to company standards.
• Handle the payment counter, and receive cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, customer tables, and the overall store environment.
• Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and ensure sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Follow the company’s SOP related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Support team members and work together as a team to achieve operational targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.
