TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking an Area Sales Specialist to drive sales performance and brand dominance in the assigned area. You will act as the SPOC for Building Managers, develop relationships, and convert partnerships into qualified leads and on-ground support.
You will plan localized sales and marketing activities, coordinate with Field Sales, and maintain area intelligence on demand potential, competitor activity, and access blockers.
The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance and brand dominance within the assigned area by acting as the primary liaison with Building Managers (BM), leading ground execution, and owning area-level intelligence to support effective sales and marketing decisions.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all assigned Building Managers within the area.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with BMs to unlock sales, marketing, and access opportunities.
Convert strong BM relationships into qualified leads, on-ground support, and improved sales conversion.
Coordinate closely with Field Sales to ensure BM-generated leads are properly followed up and fulfilled.
Drive and dominate brand presence within the assigned area through consistent and visible ground activities.
Plan and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives (e.g. roadshows, booths, flyers, building activations).
Ensure brand visibility, compliance, and quality of execution across all assigned buildings.
React swiftly to competitive activity with appropriate ground tactics when required.
Own and maintain area and building-level intelligence, including:
Building status and readiness
Demand potential
Competitor presence and activity
Access challenges or blockers
Provide regular insights and feedback to management to support market prioritisation and tactical decisions.
Identify high-potential buildings and critical areas for focused execution.
Work closely with Field Sales, Dealers (where applicable), and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Support alignment between ground execution and broader sales strategies.
Escalate risks, issues and opportunities in a timely and structured manner.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Building Managers (BM), Developers and Channel Partners, acting as the key point of contact within the assigned area.
Develop and execute area-level sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and brand presence objectives.
Identify sales opportunities and plan, develop and implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion.
Monitor all planned sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely execution, effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.
Manage and ensure that complaints, issues and support requests raised by Building Managers are properly attended to, escalated to relevant internal TIME stakeholders and resolved in a timely manner.
Manage maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual value creation.

Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
