Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking an Area Sales Specialist to drive sales performance and brand dominance in the assigned area. You will act as the SPOC for Building Managers, develop relationships, and convert partnerships into qualified leads and on-ground support.

You will plan localized sales and marketing activities, coordinate with Field Sales, and maintain area intelligence on demand potential, competitor activity, and access blockers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with negotiation ability.

• Able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for Building Managers within the area.
• Build and nurture BM relationships to unlock opportunities.
• Convert BM relationships into qualified leads and on-ground support.
• Coordinate with Field Sales for lead follow-up and fulfillment.
• Drive brand presence through ground activities and local campaigns.
• Plan localized sales and marketing initiatives (roadshows, booths, flyers).
• Ensure brand visibility and quality of execution across buildings.
• React swiftly to competitive activity with ground tactics.
• Maintain area/building intelligence: status, demand, competitors, blockers.
• Provide regular insights to management for prioritisation and strategy.
• Identify high-potential buildings and focus areas for execution.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Escalate risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
