Job summary

TSL CATERING F&B SDN BHD is seeking a proactive sales professional in Malaysia to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue for our catering and F&B services. You will identify new business opportunities, manage corporate accounts, and promote our offerings at corporate events and functions.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on leads, and negotiating pricing to maintain profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Monitor sales performance, targets and monthly revenue.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events when required.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
